How It Works
One Week, Your Vehicle Mix
Our Commercial Weekly Rentals booking covers seven consecutive days, starting any day. It checks the same fleet as our hourly rentals, so it only offers vehicles that are really open for your week.

Base rate per vehicle for seven days, as listed in our booking on October 30, 2026. Every driver must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license.

How many of each you can add depends on your week, and models that are out of service are not offered until they return. The booking shows each vehicle’s live rate before you pay. Each booking is one week; longer jobs are under Good to Know.
Ways to Build Your Fleet
Best Value or Premium, Your Call
You don’t need one vehicle per person. One person drives each vehicle, and seats do the rest.
Best value: standard 2- and 4-seaters
The Can-Am 2-seat and RZR 570 at $1,500, and the Teryx or Ranger 4-seat at $1,700, cover most crews. A 4-seater moves four people with one driver.
Mixed fleet, or premium where it matters
Add a Big or XL ATV for staff who cover ground alone, or pick the Northstar’s enclosed A/C cab or the turbo Can-Am X3 for clients and long, hot days.
Examples are weekly base rates before tax, booking fees, delivery and the security deposit. What you can book depends on what is open for your week. Group codes GROUP5 and GROUP8 do not apply to commercial weekly rentals.
What You Pay
Weekly Rental vs. Final Delivered Quote
The rates above are the weekly rental base, and the booking adds up the rental subtotal for the vehicles you pick. Your final delivered quote adds tax and booking fees, delivery and pickup for your site, and a refundable security deposit.
Delivery and final pickup
- Pick up and return at the park: $0.
- One ATV that safely fits in our pickup’s bed, within 30 miles: $250 for delivery and final pickup.
- Two to four ATVs on one trailer, within 30 miles: $500 total.
- Up to two UTVs per trailer, or a mixed load that safely fits, within 30 miles: $500 per load. Four UTVs take two loads, $1,000.
- Farther than 30 miles, such as Austin: add $5 per one-way mile over 30. Staff confirm the distance and the number of loads in your quote.
Online checkout shows delivery as $0 at first. Before release, our team confirms your address and the load, adds the delivery charge plus applicable tax, and collects it. Delivery is not free. Each delivery covers one drop-off and one final pickup for a continuous rental.
Refundable security deposit
One refundable deposit covers the whole booking, not one per vehicle. Its amount is set by the highest vehicle tier in your booking: ATVs only, any regular UTV, or any premium turbo or A/C UTV such as the Can-Am X3 or Northstar. Staff confirm the amount when they review your booking and collect it after the insurance review, before vehicles leave. The unused amount is refunded after the vehicles come back and charges are reconciled.
Engine hours and fuel
Each vehicle includes 20 engine hours for the week, on its own meter (hours are not pooled). Extra engine hours are $100 each, and idle time counts when the meter counts it. Vehicles leave with a full tank; you don’t have to return them full, and there is no routine refueling fee.

Booking online reserves your vehicles. Nothing is released until our team has checked these points with you.
Approved commercial use
Corporate events, conventions, festivals, film and photo productions, and similar approved non-construction commercial use. Construction projects are not eligible. No recreational trail riding, racing, jumping, deep mud or water, sub-renting or lending, and cargo stays within the vehicle’s load limits. Towing is not included and needs our written approval for the exact vehicle, use and load.
Insurance
Your insurer’s policy and endorsements must cover the rented vehicles for your dates, use and listed drivers: commercial liability, plus physical damage, collision, rollover and theft while the vehicles are in your care. A certificate of insurance on its own is not proof of coverage. If coverage is missing, unclear or not enough, the vehicles stay at the park, whatever the deposit. Unusually high deductibles get a manager’s review.
Drivers and signatures
Every driver is 21 or older, holds a valid driver’s license and is listed and approved before release. Your company’s authorized representative and each listed driver sign the commercial rental agreement online.
Good to Know
Longer Jobs, Changes & Breakdowns
Longer than a week
The online booking is one week at a time. Two- and three-week rentals are not available right now. For a month or longer, call or text us for a quote.
Cancellations, late returns and early returns
Cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or credit; no-shows are charged the full rental price. Keeping a vehicle longer needs our approval in advance and costs one seventh of its weekly base for each extra day or part of a day. Returning early does not earn an automatic credit.
If a vehicle has a problem
Stop using it and call or text us. Please don’t arrange repairs or towing without our approval. If a mechanical failure you didn’t cause leaves a vehicle unusable and we can’t replace it, we credit one seventh of its weekly base for each full day it can’t be used.
Riding at the park instead?
For an hour on our trails, the Build Your Own Off-Road Package mixes UTVs, ATVs and go-karts for groups in one booking, and Events & Venues covers parties and outings at the park.

How do I get a quote for my event or job?
Two ways. Open the live booking, pick a start date and try different vehicle mixes; the rental subtotal updates as you go. Is delivery free?
No. Online checkout shows delivery as $0 at first, and our team adds the delivery charge for your site and load, plus applicable tax, before release. Within 30 miles it is $250 for one ATV that fits in our pickup’s bed, or $500 per trailer load of two to four ATVs or up to two UTVs. Farther away, add $5 per one-way mile over 30. Picking up at the park is $0.
What can we use the vehicles for?
