281 Country Club hosts birthday parties, quinceañeras, corporate team building, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family reunions, and group outings. All events include access to 45 acres of offroad trails, ATV and UTV rentals, go-kart rentals, and covered venue spaces.
What covered venue spaces are available at 281 Country Club?
We have three covered spaces: the Picnic Canopy (12×12 ft, $60 for 4 hours), the Water Pond Pier (16×16 ft, $150 for 4 hours), and the Party Pavilion (40×40 ft — 1,600 sq ft, $250 for 4 hours). All spaces are booked in 4-hour slots through FareHarbor.
How much does it cost to rent the Party Pavilion in San Antonio?
The Party Pavilion at 281 Country Club is $250 for a 4-hour slot. It's 40×40 feet (1,600 sq ft) of covered outdoor space — large enough for 50+ guests with room for tables, food, and decorations. Combine with ATV or UTV rentals for the full experience.
Can I bring my own food and decorations to the event venue?
Yes — 281 Country Club is bring-your-own. Bring birthday cakes, decorations, coolers, and catering. BBQ grills are available on-site for cookouts. No catering requirement — set up the space the way you want.
How far in advance should I book an event at 281 Country Club?
Weekend dates — especially Saturdays — book several weeks in advance. We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks out for weekends and 1 week out for weekdays. Book online through FareHarbor or call (210) 560-1116 for large group coordination.
Do you offer ATV and UTV rentals during private events?
Yes — vehicle rentals are available during any event. ATVs start at $80/hr (ages 3+), go-karts from $100/hr, and UTVs (2–6 seat side-by-sides) from $150/hr. Book rentals through FareHarbor alongside your venue reservation.
